Movie Cinema in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia held a special screening event on Wednesday attended by TV host and actress Esraa Younis, alongside actors Mohamed Mahmoud, Karim Afifi, Rana Raies, Farah Elzahed, and director Wael Ehsan. The event was held to promote the upcoming film "The Dry Cleaner" produced by the Arab Cinema Company and Movie Studios, which will be released on January 4, 2023, in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The film is being released as part of a strategic partnership between the two companies to produce and distribute films in the Middle East, with the first film released under this partnership being "Two For Rent" in January 2022. The partnership between the two companies began in early 2022 with Omar Elkhawaja, a board member and strategic advisor for the Arab Cinema Company, Sultan Al Hokair, Chairman of the Board of Movie Cinema, and Adon Quinn, CEO of Movie Cinema. The partnership combines the Arab Cinema Company's 23 years of experience in producing famous and popular films with Movie Studios' efforts to develop Saudi and Egyptian films for Saudi and Arab audiences. The first production under the partnership, "Two For Rent," released in January 2022, proved successful in Saudi Arabia, with over 300,000 tickets sold, and is now available on Netflix.
