Celebrity couple Nelly Karim and Hesham Ashour celebrated the start of the new year by sharing a photo shoot on the beach through social media. Ashour posted the photos on Instagram with a message that wished for people to take better care of each other and to remember the innocent souls that were lost in Gaza. Karim has started filming her scenes for "Happy Perez Day," which is set to release in 2024. The film stars Sherif Salama, Hanan Motawie, and a selection of other stars and was written by Mohamed Diab and Sara Johar and directed by Johar. Karim is also waiting for the release of the series "Rose and Leila," which stars the legendary actress Yusra and a number of other stars. The series is a first for Yusra to participate in and features a comedic and suspenseful collaboration between her and Karim. Additionally, Ashour will appear in the series "Rare Currency" in Ramadan 2023, which stars Karim, Jamal Salim, Jumana Murad, Ahmed Eid, Kamal Abu Raya, Fareeda Seif El-Nasr, Nada Moussa, and other young actors.
