Kadim Al Sahir, one of the most famous and popular Arab singers, will perform live at the Sheikh Zayed Festival in Abu Dhabi on Saturday, December 30. This concert is part of the second round of "Layali Al Wathba" musical concerts to be held at the Festival every week during the current season. The Festival also offers fireworks displays and a variety of other events and activities. In 2023, Al Sahir performed several concerts in many Arab countries, including the UAE, where he celebrated the opening of summer in Dubai 2023 with a concert featuring Emirati singer Hussein Al Jasmi, and then he performed in Beirut and Casablanca, Morocco, with Syrian singer Assala Nasri. He also performed in Istanbul, Saudi Arabia and Amman, Jordan, before ending the year in Abu Dhabi. Al Sahir recently released the English-language song "Hold Your Fire," calling for an end to war and conflict in Gaza and across the world and for peace and security to be established.
