Rotana Group has announced that it will be organising a major celebration for the Arab singer Mohammed Abdu, marking 60 years of the artist's long musical journey. The celebration will be held over two nights, 29 and 30 December, at the Mohammed Abdu Arena in Riyadh. The event will feature an orchestra on the first night and a collection of the singer's popular songs on the second. While details of the performances and guest stars have yet to be revealed, the concert is expected to be extraordinary and a fitting tribute to one of the Arab world's most celebrated singers. Mohammed Abdu turns 75 in June next year.
