Several Arab female singers are set to perform at a New Year's Eve concert in Saudi Arabia as part of the Riyadh Season events, under the title "Arab Stars" on December 31st. The President of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority, Turki Al-Sheikh, revealed details of the concert on Instagram. The poster shows a lineup of solo concerts by Assala, Ahlam, Angham, Elissa, Nancy Ajram and Asmaa Lamnawar, under the direction of Maestro Hani Farhat. In recent times, a number of concerts have been held, including a "Baleegh Hamdi Classics" concert with participation from a selection of Arab music stars from Egypt and the Arab world, as well as a "Night of Tears 2" concert, following the success of the first concert held in August, with participants from the best of Arab singing talents. Turki Al-Sheikh is committed to organizing a number of music concerts for the finest musicians from Egypt and the Arab world in recognition and appreciation of their artistic journey, including "Mougi Classics," a tribute to the late musician Mohammed Mogy, and "Shenouda Memories," a tribute to the great musician Hani Shenouda. Furthermore, Al-Sheikh recently screened a thriller and horror movie called "The Cello" in his first theatrical experience, which is based on a novel of the same name by "Turki" and was released in 2021. The organizers of the Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia have decided to postpone the musical concert for singers Moe Diab Al-Shammari, Ibrahim Al-Hakmi, and Ibrahim Al-Sultan as a sign of mourning for the loss of Kuwait's Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah. A new date for the concert is yet to be announced. The Riyadh Season witnessed a range of singing concerts by Arab stars like Amr Diab, Elissa, Ruby, Ahmed Saad, Hamid Al-Shaeri, Rami Sabry, Mahmoud Al-Asili, and Hakim as part of the Middle Beast Sound Storm Festival.
