Royal condolences to Kuwaiti people on death of Sheikh Nawaf

Both Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman expressed sincere sympathy and condolences to the Al-Sabah family, the brotherly Kuwaiti people, and the Arab and Islamic nations. They praised Sheikh Nawaf's achievements and contributions during his tenure as Emir. The statement also highlighted the strong ties between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, and the Kingdom's commitment to supporting its brotherly neighbor during this difficult time. The Royal Court expressed hope that Allah would give the Al-Sabah family the patience and comfort they need during this tragic loss and grant Kuwait and its people continued security, stability, prosperity, and growth. The statement concluded with the traditional Islamic phrase "Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Raji'un," which means "To Allah we belong and to Him we shall return."
