The Umm Al Emarat Festival, Abu Dhabi's premier family entertainment event, has kicked off on Abu Dhabi's corniche, with Nancy Ajram, Rami Sabry and DJ Aseel wowing an appreciative audience. The festival, running until December 31st, features music, concerts, shows and family entertainment, and as well as the local flavour provided by Ajram and Sabry, will feature a host of international artists including Bollywood star Sonu Nigam. The festival opened with the multiple-award winning DJ Aseel, with Nancy Ajram performing a selection of her most popular romantic and lively songs, followed by Rami Sabry who performed new and old hits, all to great acclaim.
