Egyptian actor Ahmed Salah Hosny is set to star in his first film, “Oscar,” directed by Hisham El-Rashidy. The film is written by Ahmed Halim and directed by Mustafa Asker and Hamed Al-Sharab. The rest of the cast has yet to be announced. Hosny, who is a former footballer for Al Ahly Club, has opened up about his past experiences with toxic relationships, and how he overcame them. He said he did not use a psychologist to help him through the situation but did sit with mental health professionals when preparing for his role in a previous TV series. Hosny also considers his wife as his best friend, turning to her in times of trouble. Additionally, he has had a best friend since childhood with whom he can simply sit and be quiet without feeling uncomfortable.
