Egyptian actress Yasmin Abdel Aziz is reportedly preparing for her upcoming film, marking a return to cinema after a five-year absence. Abdel Aziz’s last appearance was in the film “El Ableya Tam Tam” in 2018. The new film is currently in pre-production, and filming is expected to start soon. In “El Ableya Tam Tam”, Abdel Aziz starred alongside several other Egyptian actors including Hamdi Al-Mirghani, Bayoumi Fouad, Mohamed Mahmoud, and Mustafa Abu Seria. The plot revolves around a group of prisoners who escape through a secret tunnel, only to find themselves in a model school run by a character named Tam Tam. Abdel Aziz was also recently trending on Google due to her photo with TV host Mona El-Shazly. It is reported that Abdel Aziz will take a break from Ramadan dramas in 2024, after a continuous presence in TV productions for the past three years. Her latest drama series was “Darb Nar” (Gunshot),in which she co-starred with her husband, actor Ahmed El-Awadi.
