Sharon Stone and Nabila Obeid Dance to Nancy Ajram's Song at the Red Sea Festival.

The Red Sea International Film Festival held a lively opening ceremony in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia featuring performances by Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram and attended by a host of stars including Yousra, Nabeelah Obeid, Lubna Azabal, Laila Eloui, Hala Sedki, Nadine Nassib Njeim, Engy Ali, Bosy Shalaby and Hollywood actress Sharon Stone. The festival also hosted a women in cinema event attended by industry figures from the region including Yasmin Sabri, Maria Ozirli, Daniella Rahme, Dina Al-Shaderbini, Maguy Bou Ghosn, Nour El-Ghandour and Asel Omran. The event was opened with the world premiere of Saudi romantic fantasy film “Houjoum” directed by Yasser Al-Yasseri and the festival runs from 30 November to 9 December, culminating in the Middle East and North African premiere of “Ferrari” a biopic about Italian racing driver Enzo Ferrari, starring Adam Driver and Penélope Cruz, directed by Michael Mann. The jury for the festival's third edition is led by filmmaker and BAFTA-nominated screenwriter Bassam Tariq and includes actors Joel Kinnaman, Frieda Pinto, Amina Khalil and Paz Vega.
