The 41-year-old revealed the news on her official Instagram account with a picture of pink baby clothing and the caption "grateful for my little girl." The news comes just weeks after Hilton's first child, Phoenix Baron Hilton Rio, was subjected to online bullying. Hilton defended her son, saying that while comments were unavoidable, targeting her child or anyone else was unacceptable. Hilton married Carter Reum in November 2021 and gave birth to her first child in January via a surrogate. She subsequently revealed that she was undergoing fertility treatments for her second child.
