The producers of the upcoming film "Asad Aswad" starring Mohamed Ramadan have signed on a number of prominent actors to the cast. The film, directed by Mohamed Diab, also stars Razan Jamal, Majed El Kadwany, Khaled El Sawy, Sherif Salama, Ali Qasem, Ahmed Abdel Hamid, Islam Mubarak, Mahmoud El Sarraj. Ramadan's most recent film was "Al-Zero", in which he played a DJ who sells an organ to pay for his son's cancer treatment. It was previously announced that Ramadan would be starring in the second season of the TV series "Ja'far al-Umda" but the project has been postponed until Ramadan 2025. The show's first season starred Zina, Hala Sedki, Ahmed Dash, Mai Kassab, Mena Fadali, Eman El-Assi, and Mohamed Rehanah.
