Arnold Schwarzenegger sued by woman for car accident.

Cheryl Augustine has filed a lawsuit against Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger, accusing him of causing a serious car accident that nearly killed her and has left her with a “sustained disability” since 2022. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Augustine claims that Schwarzenegger was driving when he caused the crash on 21 Jan 2022, leaving her with psychological shock and damage to her nervous system. She is seeking a large financial compensation to cover her medical expenses and the damage to her property. TMZ analyzed details of the accident, which saw Schwarzenegger’s car collide with a red car, ramp over it and then hit a Porsche Taycan. One witness compared the scene to an action movie, with Augustine reportedly bleeding heavily from her head inside her car before being taken to hospital for treatment. Sources in the city police reportedly said that Schwarzenegger is 100% guilty, having run a red light. One day after the crash, Schwarzenegger was seen cycling in Santa Monica with a friend on his way to a gym, taking advantage of the good weather. Police have confirmed that the accident was not caused by drugs or alcohol.
