Egyptian actor Ahmed El-Awady criticized the trend of airing marital disputes and divorces on social media and the use of such issues to generate online trends. He stated during an interview that it's inappropriate to reveal private matters on social media. El-Awady emphasized that he grew up with the belief that marital disputes and divorce were private and should not be aired in public. When asked if anyone has tried to interfere in his marital life, the actor said that if anyone tried to interfere, he and his wife would handle the matter privately. El-Awady is currently working on his latest film “El-Iskandarany” with director Khaled Youssef. He also announced his contract to act in “Haq Arab” TV series for Ramadan 2024, with a prize of EGP 15,000 for ten contestants who could guess the category of the show.
