Egyptian actor Mahmoud Hemida will be joining the cast of the upcoming film "Ferkat Al-Mawt" (Death Squad) as a guest of honor, playing the character of the governor of Asyut during the events of the 1940s. The film, which stars Ahmed Ezz, Menna Shalaby, Asser Yassin, Beoumi Fouad, and Farida Seif El-Nasr, is an action thriller that takes place in Upper Egypt. Hemida has also recently played a role in the film "Matraahe Metrouh" (Metrouh's Place),a social comedy set in the 1940s, where he plays the role of a civil servant married to Shimaa Seif.
