The head of the General Entertainment Authority in Saudi Arabia, Turki Al Sheikh, has announced a concert in memory of the late artist Abdul Kareem Abdul Qader. The event, called "Farewell Night," will take place on February 23 and feature some of the Gulf's biggest stars. The concert is being organized by the Rotana company, and its CEO promised it will be a fitting tribute to Abdul Qader and his distinguished career. Abdul Qader was a Kuwaiti singer known as the "wounded voice" after his famous song "Vocal Wages" in 1988.
