Egyptian singer Mustafa Hagag has announced his foray into acting, revealing he will star in the Saudi Arabian production of "Zainab's Fingers", which will be shown as part of the Riyadh Season from 16 to 20 November. The play tells the story of a woman named Zainab, who lives in a poor neighbourhood with her three daughters and attempts to secure their future by getting them married. However, Zainab struggles to control her daughters, who all have very different personalities. One of the characters in the play is in love with Zainab and tries to use a proposed marriage as leverage to gain her affection. Other actors involved in the production include Hala Sedki, Menna Fadali, Amr Abdel-Galil, Mohamed Tharwat, Mohamed Radwan, Donia Maher and Jehan Al-Shemali, among others.
