"Saudi-African Summit: A Fruitful Partnership Across Multiple Fields"

Saudi Arabia has a long history of relations with African countries that has been diverse in terms of relationships and encounters in various aspects, filled with politically, economically, and culturally witnessed positions. As a testament to the relationships between the Kingdom and the countries on the African continent, considering its geostrategic importance, 16 joint committees, two coordination councils, and seven business councils have been established, in addition to more than 250 cooperation agreements in various political, economic, and developmental fields. The Kingdom plays a pivotal role in supporting international and regional efforts aimed at establishing security and stability, resolving conflicts, combating terrorist groups and extremism, and improving the security capabilities of African countries. In recognition of their responsibility towards Arab and African countries, and their keenness on the interests of their people, Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud supported international and regional efforts aimed at establishing security and stability and resolving conflicts in the African continent, resulting in the signing of the historic Jeddah Peace Agreement between Ethiopia and Eritrea.
