"Riyadh hosts Cinematic Monetary Conference: A cinematic take on finance"

The first edition of the Film Criticism Conference was launched today in Riyadh, organized by the Saudi Films Authority in partnership with the cinema website "Sawt Al-Mashreq" and it will continue till November 14th, with three films shown on the first day. The films shown on the first day were: "Boys and Girls", "EO", and "Barbie". The Egyptian documentary film "Boys and Girls" directed by Yousry Nasrallah and starring Bassem Samra was the first film of the conference. The Polish film "EO" directed by Jerzy Skolimowski and the American fantasy-romance film "Barbie" were the other films shown on the first day. The aim of the conference is to promote the film industry in Saudi Arabia and provide opportunities to enhance the capabilities and services in the sector. The conference will continue to showcase films from both regional and international filmmakers.
