The festival began on 12 October and ended on 20 October and was attended by 12 Arab musicians. The festival is part of the Ministry of Culture's efforts to promote Arabic language, poetry, music and singing. It seeks to achieve the strategic goal of conserving the Arabic language, reinforcing its presence in society and transforming it into a way of life. It also coincides with the 2023 Arab Poetry Year initiative to revive the rich history of Arab poetry, enhance its presence in world culture, establish its future prospects and secure its rightful place among the world's literary treasures.
