Yahia El-Fakharany, the Egyptian actor, has signed on to star in a new TV series titled "E'tabat El-Bahja" (Thresholds of Joy),which is based on a novel by Ibrahim Abdel Majid. The screenplay and dialogue are written by Medhat El-Adl and directed by Magdy Abu Emaira. The series is produced by Al-Adl Group for producer Jamal Al-Adl and is scheduled to air for 15 episodes during the upcoming Ramadan season in 2024. El-Fakharany returns to Ramadan dramas after a two-year absence, his latest work being the series "Naguib Zahi Zarkash" which aired during the Ramadan season of 2021. The show revolves around the billionaire Naguib Zahi Zarkash, the scion of a prestigious Egyptian-Armenian family, who owns a chain of luxury shopping malls, restaurants, and cafes and lives in a lavish palace. The man lives his life chasing pleasures until he discovers a dangerous secret about the existence of a son, and with the help of his servant, he manages to reach three young men, one of whom may be his son.
