Stopping fraudulent organization of 14 members who deceived citizens into investing in unlicensed digital currencies.

14 people, including citizens and residents, are being investigated for organized financial fraud in Saudi Arabia. The group allegedly received calls from fake companies outside the country and agreed to work remotely for low monthly wages. They allowed these companies to access their bank accounts and passed calls through electronic devices and software to let them communicate with the victims and convince them to invest, ultimately defrauding them of their money. The fraudsters also marketed unlicensed digital currencies and received bank transfers from others, which they then transferred to those platforms while possessing multiple SIM cards and devices to carry out their activities. They were apprehended and charged, and the investigation revealed the details of their fraudulent activities, resulting in their referral to a specialized court to face the legal punishment set out in the Financial Fraud and Breach of Trust Prevention System. The Public Prosecution emphasized that it will not hesitate to file public criminal lawsuits against those who commit crimes against others and defraud them to gain access to their money.
