The Red Sea International Film Festival in Saudi Arabia has announced plans to screen short films from around the world in a competition at its upcoming third edition from November 30 to December 9. As part of the festival's theme, “Your story, your festival”, 14 short films will be dedicated to emerging and veteran filmmakers from a diverse range of countries, including Singapore, Senegal, Kazakhstan and Pakistan. The films will be screened as part of the festival's global or regional debut. Red Sea has also revealed a strategic partnership with Bloomberg, aimed at enabling and promoting talented filmmakers and enhancing cultural and knowledge exchange between the local and global film industries.
