Red Sea International Film Festival Chooses Films for Short International Competition

The Red Sea International Film Festival has announced the selection of short international films for the Red Sea Competition, which features movies from Africa and Asia. This addition will be a significant part of the festival's third edition between November 30 and December 9 in Jeddah. The festival's logo this year is "Your Story, Your Festival", in which they show support for 14 short films and their stories from professional and young, aspiring filmmakers from a variety of countries, including Singapore, Senegal, Kazakhstan, and Pakistan. The festival's program director, Klim Aptab, stated that it was challenging to choose 14 films from a vast amount of films submitted but that they found that the owners of the selected films have reached the peak of future directors. They are excited to welcome these filmmakers to Jeddah and exhibit their work to the international cinematic community.
