Egyptian actor Salah Abdallah has stated that he didn't allow his daughter to enter the acting business as it is a difficult profession. He expressed his respect and appreciation for his female colleagues and sympathized with their suffering due to the tough working hours that can reach up to 14 to 20 hours per day. Earlier, the actor confirmed that any artist had the right to distance themselves from acting for any reason. Abdallah is currently filming his new movie "The Alexandrian" which is based on a novel by late Osama Anwar Okasha, and directed by Khaled Youssef. The cast includes Ahmed El-Awady, Hussein Fahmy, Bayoumi Fouad, and others. Khaled Youssef's latest work was the TV series "Sareh Al-Beiti" which aired during last Ramadan and tells the story of Sultan Hamid, a popular hero and fighter during the French campaign.
