Egyptian star Mai Omar was surrounded by fans during an appearance in Saudi Arabia, as videos shared on her Instagram account showed her walking through a crowd at the opening of a mall. Omar recently signed on to star in the film "Al-Ghorabaa," alongside Amr Saad and directed by Yassin Hassan. Omar will play the role of the leader of the Al-Ghorabaa army, while Saad will portray the character of Imam Belzack. The film is set in 1942 during World War II and centers on the battle of Rommel and the defeat of Germany. Omar is also starring in the film "A Few Hours in One Day," set to be released in January, alongside Mohamed El-Sharnouby, Hesham Maged, Hana Zahid, Ahmed El-Saadani, Nahed El Sebaay, and Asmaa Galal, and directed by Othman Abu Laban.
