Director Amir Ramses has stated that the portrayal of the character "Hashem" by actor Dhafer L'Abidine in the TV series "Anf wa 3 A'eyoun", which was adapted from the 1972 well-known film, will be completely different. In an interview with Arab Wood program broadcasted on Rotana channels, Ramses said that they were fortunate to get the right actor for the character. With L'Abidine, they can create a new version of "Hashem". The new adaptation of "Anf wa 3 A'eyoun" is a dramatic vision, story, and dialogue by Wael Hamdi and directed by Ramses. It stars Dhafer L'Abidine, Saba Mubarak, and Salma Abu Deif, among other stars. It is set to be released in theaters in the coming months of 2023. The plot centers around Dr. Hashem, a renowned cosmetic surgeon who is unable to commit to a long-term relationship until he becomes deeply drawn to a third woman much younger than him named Ruba.
