The event provides a professional development platform for filmmakers and an opportunity for them to interact and exchange experience with industry specialists from around the world. One film supported by the Red Sea Fund, "Nightshift Representative," was categorized in the "Discovery program" and received significant acclaim. It tells the story of a ride-sharing app driver in Riyadh who gets himself involved in illegal adventures to cover his father's medical expenses. The Red Sea Fund also supported other films, including "Penguin Bloom" and "Insha' Allah."
