Egyptian actress Basant Shawky attended the premiere of her husband Mohamed Farrag's latest film "Fawzy Fawzy Fawzy" to show support for him. Shawky praised Farrag's efforts in the film and spoke about the challenges of filming immediately after their honeymoon, as the team traveled to different countries for shooting. The film, directed by Omar Halal, is a comedy-drama inspired by true events and follows a security guard named Hassan who joins a blind football team that is close to playing in the World Cup in Europe. The film stars Mohamed Farrag, Bioumi Fouad, Taha Dawki, Amjad Al-Hajjar, Hanan Youssef, Mohamed Abdel-Azim, Hagag Abdel-Azim, and features a special appearance by Basant Shawky. It was produced in collaboration with Nelly Karim's company. Basant Shawky had a guest role in the film. Last Ramadan, Basant Shawky starred in the 15-episode series "Halal Relationship", which was produced jointly by Forever Drama and Media Hub. It starred Yasser Jalal, Mai Omar, Dalia Mostafa, Murad Makram, Afaf Mustafa, Yasmeen Rahmy, Wardshan Magdi, and others. The series was written by Samaah al-Hariri and directed by Khalid Marai.
