Saudi actor Mahned Alhamadi has married Lebanese fashion blogger Farah Merdad after a two-year engagement. Alhamadi posted photos on social media and commented that the wedding had come after a long journey. He is set to appear in the film "Chillo" alongside Turki Al-Sheikh, chairman of the Saudi General Authority for Entertainment. The film will be released on 14 September. Alhamadi is also awaiting the release of "Ksarit Qalb" on Netflix starting on 20 September. The six-episode series tells the story of a mysterious murder involving Arab celebrities. The series stars Alhamadi, Rasha Bilal, Douja Hegazi, Talal Al-Jaridi, Roderick Suleiman, Eli Mitri and Ghinwa Mahmoud. It is directed by Elie F. Habib and written by Ahmed Adel. This is the first collaboration between Eagle Films and the global platform Netflix on a Gulf-Lebanese project featuring Lebanese, Syrian and Gulf actors.
