Egyptian singer Mai Farouk performed a concert in Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia, where she sang her old and new songs, as well as the popular song "Ya Teir Ya Msafer" which was a big hit in Saudi Arabia. Farouk interacted with the audience and also sang classics from Abdel Halim Hafez and Umm Kulthum. The concert is part of the cultural and artistic developments happening in Saudi Arabia in recent years, under the leadership of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, as part of the Vision 2030 plan to diversify the economy and improve the social and economic situation in the country by supporting cultural and artistic activities.
