Travis Scott's concert in Italy was marred by several injuries and a tremor, according to local authorities.

Travis Scott performed at the Circus Maximus in Italy, resulting in multiple injuries among the 60 people in attendance. The concert occurred after his show in Egypt was cancelled, where he was supposed to debut his fourth album "Utopia." At the Italy show, a person sprayed pepper spray on some attendees, causing injuries. Additionally, a 14-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after falling four meters from a fake wall that he climbed to watch the concert for free. Travis Scott has a history of controversy and legal issues at his concerts, including inciting audience members to ignore security and rush to the stage at the Lollapalooza festival in 2015 and causing the death of 10 people at the Astroworld festival in Houston.
