Hajjaj, a Saudi film that explores the spiritual and emotional journey of a man on hajj, premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival.

The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) has produced a film titled "Hajjan," which has been selected to participate in the 48th Toronto International Film Festival. The film's world premiere will be held in the Discovery section, which focuses on the first and second works of outstanding directors from around the world. The film tells the story of a boy's passion for camels and his journey of exploration and revenge for his family. The film is directed by Abu Bakr Shawky and stars Abdulmohsen Alnemer, Omar Alatouq, and Shimaa Tayeb, among others. The film is set to be released in cinemas next year. The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture supports the creative industries in Saudi Arabia through various initiatives and programs, including film production and funding opportunities for local filmmakers.
