Warner Bros. and Eluvio have teamed up to create a Web3-powered movie experience called ‘The Flash.’ Using Eluvio’s platform, viewers will be able to engage with interactive content and earn rewards in real-time while watching the film.

In collaboration with Eluvio, the blockchain content pioneer, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced the release of The Flash Web3 Movie Experience, the latest addition to the WB Movieverse franchise. The movie will be released on July 18 and will be available for preview on their website. This NFT-based multimedia creation will enable fans to buy and own the 2023 DC superhero film and interact with it. Users will watch the movie in 4k UHD on desktop, mobile, tablet or TV and enjoy various features such as essential art collection, discovering digital easter eggs, collecting hidden AR collectables, and selling the experience in a community marketplace starting August 1, 2023. Eluvio's CEO and co-founder Michelle Munson said, "The Flash Web3 Movie Experience marks the first time a major studio motion picture is being released as a Web3 film in the same availability window as conventional digital purchase options." Fans can also explore the world of The Flash alongside beloved characters like Michael Keaton's Batman, Supergirl, and others through the "Chronobowl." Buyers will unlock exclusive content, behind-the-scenes footage, and vital art featuring various characters with varying levels of rarity with every purchase. Two different editions of The Flash Web3 Movie Experience will be available for buyers, each with varying prices. The Mystery edition, worth $35, will include one of four critical arts featuring different characters with various levels of rarity, which will be revealed after purchase. In addition, buyers will explore one of four dynamic menu interfaces, access The Flash theatrical film, and special features and digital collectables based on the dynamic menu location. On the other hand, the Premium edition, costing $100, will come with one of two motion critical arts displaying The Flash, Supergirl, and Batman together, or Dark Flash, with varying rarity levels. Moreover, all four explorable dynamic menu interfaces, The Flash theatrical film, special features based on each menu location, all digital collectables, and exclusive premium special features are included in this edition. To make this release more exciting, Warner Bros. has offered an exclusive 12-hour window for early access to DC Bat Cowl NFT holders, DC3 holders, The Lord of the Rings Web3 Movie Experience holders, and Superman Web3 Movie Experience holders for both The Mystery and Premium editions.
