Hiba Tawaji and Osama El-Rahbani performed with the Cairo Symphony Orchestra at the Opera House in a blend of Eastern and classical music.

Lebanese singer Hiba Tawaji and composer Osama El-Rahbani performed at the Egyptian Opera House with the Cairo Symphony Orchestra. The concert blended Eastern and classical influences with Lebanese artistic sensibilities. Tawaji expressed her happiness at performing in Egypt and thanked the president of the Opera House for making her dream of performing there come true. She sang a number of her hits with music composed by El-Rahbani and arranged by conductor Ahmed Awad, including Zaman, Ya Habibi, and Sallem Ali Masr. Tawaji also performed a number of popular Arabic and French songs.
