Mamdouh grows up in a socially disjointed family following his parents' divorce, where the mother marries a hard-hearted man and the father marries a playful woman, while bad children surround Mamdouh and he deviates. Mamdouh meets the young widow Nariman and decides to protect her, admiring his magnanimity, and stays with her in the villa. Mamdouh believes that Nariman loved him. He proposes to marry her, but she refuses.
