The Grid Planner is responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining channel programming grids to ensure optimal content placement, audience retention, and alignment with the channel’s strategic objectives. The role involves coordinating with Programming, Scheduling, Promotions, Traffic, and Broadcast Operations teams to deliver accurate and effective schedules that maximize audience engagement and operational efficiency. Develop daily, weekly, and monthly programming grids for TV channels. Plan program placements, movie rotations, series scheduling, and special events. Coordinate with Programming, Scheduling, Promotions, Traffic, and Broadcast Operations teams. Ensure content flow and scheduling strategy align with channel identity and audience targets. Support seasonal planning, Ramadan/Eid grids, and special programming events. Monitor schedule performance and recommend grid adjustments when needed. Ensure all schedules are operationally accurate and delivered within deadlines.

Experience in TV scheduling, programming, or broadcast operations is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Understanding of audience behavior, ratings, and TV programming strategy. Ability to manage multiple channels and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred Experience Experience with broadcast scheduling and traffic systems. Knowledge of TV programming structures, dayparts, and content strategy.
