Iraqi actor and director born in Mosul in 1953. He has worked in theater since 1967 as an actor and director. He has received a diploma in Performing Arts in 1975-76. He has worked...Read more in several theater groups including the Youth Troupe, the Pioneers Troupe and the National Iraqi Theater Company. He also worked as Head of Drama department at the Iraqi Radio from 1979-85 and was a member of the Central Council of the Artists Syndicate from 1986-1994. He directed several plays that were filmed and aired on TV. He participated in several festivals and won many awards in Iraq, Morocco, and Egypt. He appeared in several films including The Enforcers and Because of Love.
