He started his life from...Read more scratch and worked as a petition clerk in a court. He turned to acting in 1936. He learned acting at the hands of the journalist and athlete Shaker Ismail, at the Charity School in Al-Aywadiyah district of Baghdad, where they presented the play Layla's Mad Lover. Among his most famous films are: Marriage Project (1962),and Room No. 7 (1966). He died on April 27, 2013 in a hospital in the Swedish capital, Stockholm.
