She began her career with children's programs on Egyptian...Read more television and joined a troupe to develop her talent by learning folk arts, singing and acting. She worked in the Youth Theater and Balloon Theater, until she was appointed at the Vanguard Theater. Besides working on stage, she worked in cinema and radio, where she participated in historical and religious work. She also presented The Charades with Yehia El Fakharany in 1988. She married a journalist and traveled with him to Saudi Arabia. She later returned back to Egypt and appeared in the series The Palace (2017).
