She began her acting career on stage where she appeared in a stage production of Cinderella (2006) directed by Batoul Arafa. Her breakthrough was on the TV series Dead Heart (2008). She appeared in several works afterwards including Unworldly (2010),and Our Saint the Lover (2015). She married writer Ahmed Abdel Fattah.
