‘Amr Mustafa was born in Cairo to a middle-class family composed of two parents, a brother and a sister. He received a guitar as a gift when he was three years old – one of the earliest gifts that he received. ‘Amr enrolled at the Military Aviation Secondary School and studied there for a year. Thereafter he elected to leave the school thereby choosing a life of freedom in exchange for his ambitions to become a career aviator. ‘Amr then joined the law faculty at the University of Cairo and studied there until he graduated in 2001.
