He wrote hundreds of political and social articles and short stories, some of which was adapted into films like Fugitive at Night and Marital Infidelity.

The events of the film revolve around two orphan sisters, one of whom works as a singer (Sabah),and the other works as a dancer (Nadia Gamal) in one of the Al-Alam bands. They decide to run away from their mother and her husband, who is seizing their money. They run away and go to one of the famous singers (Farid Al-Atrash) to work in his band. The singer discovers by chance the singer's talent and sponsors her. Over time, he feels love for her. At the same time, another girl who loves him feels jealous, so she makes an agreement with her friend to convince the singer of his love and marriage in order to stay away from the singer. Will the plan succeed in separating the two lovers?
