The events revolve around a comic framework around a gang leader called (Magdy Takhtoukh),who gets into a quarrel and gets injured as a result. He is transferred to the hospital in a serious condition, where he needs a heart transplant. At the same time, the mother of the young man (Younis) dies. So the doctors resort to transferring his mother's heart to (Takhtoukh) to save his life, so he deals with (Younes) in the manner of the mother's tenderness and fear for him.
