This comedy series addresses the issue of class distinctions from the perspective of two sisters. One of the sisters is working class while the other is part of the bourgeoisie which creates a variety of comical and ironic scenarios.

Laila is a wealthy girl who gets injured in a car accident. She gets blood transfer from her chauffeur, who has AIDS. Laila s life turns to misery, and she falls for Ahmed, a new employee in her father s company, who in turn loves Hend. But Laila s father threatens him to marry Laila.
