After the first part of the film “Joker” won the Golden Lion Award at the Venice Film Festival in 2019, the filmmakers returned once again with the new part Folie à Deux “Shared Madness” to the same festival, to gain the admiration of critics and festival attendees in its first showing in the 81st session currently being held. The film by Lady Gaga, Joaquin Phoenix and director Todd Phillips received an 11-minute standing ovation after it was shown on Wednesday evening at the festival.
