Engineer Ahmed unintentionally causes the death of his colleague Hossam, and he suffers a nervous shock that makes him lose his speech. He gets to know Aida, whom he admires, and he shares his feelings with him, and they get married despite her father's objection. He devotes himself to writing books, research, and translating. In one of the father's meetings with Ahmed, he insults him, and it is a surprise when Ahmed recovers his speech out of a lot of excitement, and the father's attitude changes.
