An Egyptian singer, born in the city of Mansoura on October 20, 1940. She joined the American School, then moved to the French School. She began her career as a translator and then...Read more as a French language teacher in one of the schools, before deciding to sing. She participated in an amateur competition organized by the Egyptian radio, and Aida Al-Shaer succeeded and was certified as a singer on the radio. Riad Al Sunbati was excited about her and he presented her in a number of romantic songs. During her lifetime, she presented nearly 500 songs, among which she became famous in the Arab world, most notably Sugar Plants, and Full Moon.
