An Egyptian writer, born in 1901. He starred on the Egyptian radio for his distinguished voice. He started in the field of cinema at an old age, so he always played the role of an...Read more elderly employee. He commented with his voice at the beginning of the movie Between Heaven and Earth in 1959. He appeared in several films, most notably the movie “No understanding” in 1961. He also wrote the story, script and dialogue for several films, the most important of which are: The Public Prosecutor, Gawaher and Blood on the Nile. He died in 1971.

Jaber (Naguib Al-Rayhani) works as an employee in Omar Al-Alfy's estate, and is expelled from his job after he discovers a lot of manipulation and forgery in the estate's revenues and expenses. After he travels to Cairo in search of work, pure coincidence leads him to reach the home of Omar Al-Alfi's family, which prompts family members to think that he is their long-absent son (Omar) due to the great similarity between them.
