Chief Omar Harb
Omar runs a gambling casino. He joins a quiet young man who wants money to complete his marriage, but his fiancée and his family leave him for his casino job. He excels in his work, so the manager admires him and chooses him despite his cheating, in order to save money for a girl who frequents the place and loves her, and at the same time he establishes a relationship with a prostitute who works in the casino.
